Dr. A. I. Davis is the Presiding Prelate and Overseer of Bethel Ministry and Diocese, Inc., providing visionary leadership grounded in theological scholarship, strategic development, and community empowerment. Holding a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from The Saint Paul School of Theology, Dr. Davis has distinguished himself as a dynamic faith leader, educator, humanitarian, and organizational strategist committed to advancing transformative leadership across both ecclesiastical and secular sectors.
A compelling hybrid speaker and credentialed instructor, Dr. Davis is recognized for his ability to engage diverse audiences from boardrooms and leadership summits to international symposiums and faith-based conferences. His presentations integrate practical leadership principles, conflict resolution methodologies, organizational development strategies, and spiritual philosophy to equip individuals and institutions for sustainable growth and impact.Prior to his leadership in ministry and organizational development, Dr. Davis served in both government and corporate sectors, including positions with the City of New Orleans (Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development), Sabine Transportation Company (a contractor affiliated with the World Food Program), Chester Upland School District, and Amazon Learning Center. Through these experiences, he developed extensive expertise in operational oversight, budget administration, logistics coordination, and team leadership, successfully managing operation budgets, developing conflict resolutions concepts, training and leading high-performance teams and functional teams in complex environments.
As a philanthropist, global researcher, and empowerment advocate, Dr. Davis has traveled to 37 global destinations across 34 countries, including humanitarian missions and theological research initiatives conducted in more than 31 countries. His international work has focused on fostering intercultural partnerships, conducting leadership and cultural studies, and developing empowerment-centered initiatives designed to strengthen communities and institutions worldwide.
