His presentations integrate practical leadership principles, conflict resolution methodologies, organizational development strategies, and spiritual philosophy to equip individuals and institutions for sustainable growth and impact.Prior to his leadership in ministry and organizational development, Dr. Davis served in both government and corporate sectors, including positions with the City of New Orleans (Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development), Sabine Transportation Company (a contractor affiliated with the World Food Program), Chester Upland School District, and Amazon Learning Center. Through these experiences, he developed extensive expertise in operational oversight, budget administration, logistics coordination, and team leadership, successfully managing operation budgets, developing conflict resolutions concepts, training and leading high-performance teams and functional teams in complex environments.
As a philanthropist, global researcher, and empowerment advocate, Dr. Davis has traveled to 37 global destinations across 34 countries, including humanitarian missions and theological research initiatives conducted in more than 31 countries.
