A respected ecclesiastical leader and theological educator, Dr. Dison is the Founder of Saint Paul Ministry, established in 1980, an initiative dedicated to pastoral development, spiritual formation, and community-centered ministry. He is also the Founder of Saint School of Theology, established in 1992, an institution committed to advancing theological education, ministerial training, and doctrinal scholarship for emerging and seasoned faith leaders. Through these institutions, Dr. Dison has contributed significantly to the development of clergy, teachers, and ministry leaders grounded in biblical scholarship and practical ministry application.
Dr. Dison is also a published author, known for his work Perspectives in Theology, released on December 9, 2018. In addition to his academic and ministerial contributions, Dr. Dison has served in significant leadership capacities within the ecclesiastical governance structure of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), where he formerly held the position of Dean of District 13 of the Second Jurisdiction.
